Purchased Items
Any item purchased directly from www.dhyeres.com is eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges
Our priority is your satisfaction, and we’re happy to assist if you need a different size, material, or item. Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
- Start an Exchange: Contact us at info@dhyeres.com with your full name, order number, and details of the item you’d like in exchange. Our team will confirm availability and provide instructions for processing the exchange.
Returns
We aim to make your shopping experience exceptional. Please review the details of our return policy:
- Standard Return Policy: jewelry can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, email us at info@dhyeres.com, including your full name, order number, and contact information.
- Earrings: Earrings can be returned if they are unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Gift Returns: If you received a D'HYÈRES item as a gift and wish to return it, please include the original purchaser's name with your return request.
Refunds
- Processing: Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund is complete.
- Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was found to be defective.
International Orders
At this time, we only accept orders within the United States and are unable to process international orders.
